DBZBT3 USA not working on a jpn wii with wiikey ...

I suppose you turned the region free option on, on the wiikey?

The number of new USA Wii releases that doesnt work on Jap Wiis (modded or not) is increasing. And this is one of them.
Your only hope is get the Jap version (DBZ Sparking Meteor is it's title) and just consult a guide.
