I'm running moonshell.
Whenever I try to play a game, I always get this error

"not support adapter?"

I am mad at it's broken English, but moreover I am mad that my games aren't working.
Does anyone know what I could do to fix it?

EDIT:
If anyone's willing to talk over aim or something, that would be fantastic. AIM: Miiyavix3

Moonshell can only launch homebrew games on a few slot-2 devices.  Why aren't you launching them from the MMP's menu itself?

Also, note that the MMP can only play commercial games through the use of an elaborate workaround called Max Overload (often combined with the Max Crass Method), so if you're trying to run commercial games you'll need to look into that.

Thanks a bunch man, I'll check it out. Care to talk more via an instant messenger client?

here: http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=69169  you can find info on the max crash method, It also offers a video tutorial on how to use it.

Well, I did it, and I got games working... kind of.
I try out Electroplankton (Because I saw it on the working list) and the game plays until I pick my Plankton thing. It just goes to a black screen as if it were to load, but just stays there. It's not that I'm impatient, the game won't load. (Been waiting at least 2 minutes)

Anyone?

EDIT:
Note: I am not using moonshell anymore.

Fuck this shit. It's too frustrating. What's the best cart for homebrew/commercial games? I heard things about M3 but I don't know much about it?. Pros and cons? Also, what's better the M3 Simply or the M3 Real?

I just want to stick a Micro SD card in my cart and play my games. Slot 2 right?

Glad to see you come to that conclusion yourself.

A slot-1 device would be best for running commercial DS games, as it can take clean DS roms.  However, there are so many devices out there now that it's difficult to recommend just one.

If you want simplicity and basic usage, look into the DSTT or the aging R4 (the M3 Simply is the exact same as an R4).  If you want advanced features, look into the Supercard DS, CycloDS Evolution, or Acekard RPG.  Be sure to look into such things as SDHC support, Download Play support, Real-time saving, etc.  Personally I view the SCDS to be the most fully featured, but your opinion may differ.

The M3 Real and G6 DS Real are similar products, though the G6 contains built-in flash while the M3 Real uses microSD cards.  They're both good products, but I'd recommend the other ones I mentioned first.

I'm looking at Acekard and CycloDS... So hard to choose D: I think Acekard looks better... maybe. But I think I might get CycloDS Evolution, for the only fact that it's evolution and it would offend people. Haha. Although Acekard comes with 1GB... D: I think Acekard.

EDIT:
Acekard is too much, CycloDS now.

As of now I am without CycloDS, I might as well make some use out of my MMP. Are there any working SNES emus out there for it? I heard NesterDS worked, but that's NES. Maybe even GBA? I might as well get some use out of this, seeing as I can't sell it to anyone.

Please someone talk to me on AIM. I have questions. I've been looking shit up for like 10 hours now.

I'm not always on AIM, but you are free to add me if you wish.  S/N is in my profile.

The best SNES emulator you can run is SNEmulDS.  Download either v0.5 Beta or v0.6 Alpha (I like the former though the latter has a GUI you can use).  DLDI patch SNEmulDS.nds, then put it anywhere on your card.  Place "snemul.cfg" on the root of your card, and put your games in a folder called "SNES" on the root of your card.  Launch SNEmulDS.nds and play your games.

To DLDI patch something, the easiest option is to download and install DLDIrc aka "DLDI Right Click" which will add a right-click option to any *.nds file.  Choose the option for the 4 GB MMP upon installation, then right-click SNEmulDS and choose the patching option to successfully patch it.

Use NES DS for NES games, patching the file with DLDI again.  There is no way to run GBA games from your MMP, sorry.
