I registered myself at the Wiki of sccheats.co.uk and tried to upload a .scc file, but it comes up with an error:
Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in /home/ritson/public_html/sccheats.co.uk/scwiki/includes/GlobalFunctions.php on line 1670
Internal error From Scwiki: Could not create directory "public/3/3f".

The upload should be a .scc file as the hp told me it, but it doesn't work.
I tried it with FF and IE, but both doesn't work.
