Paradox has released the SNES emu for the Wii, Snes9x (with Wiimote and Classic remote support), with a custom banner picture! Now instead of a blank black box on you Wii menu, you will have a super nice looking SNES channel! Finally we are able to make custom banner for these Wii homebrew channels!

This is awesome. I'll be replacing my old SNES channel now. :)

Hi

Erm... DeVS... you DO realize that website has .wad files of both VC and Wiiware games, right?

I could be wrong... I've never actually downloaded anything from that website (Don't support VC backups), but... Click on the "ntsc" link, and then click on any of the seven links other than the one titled "custom". That looks an awful lot like copyrighted material to me.

If I'm mistaken, my apologies, but I'd REALLY hate to see anything happen to this website...

Yeah it's looking like that website hosts copyrighted materials.  We should clean references to it, no?  :idiot2:

DeVs, would it be fine to host it through rapidshare and post the link here?  Just in case people want to download the SNES channel.

Even better than rapidshare  ;D

I've attached the file to this post :)

Yeah, that's true. ;D

Although, if the forums has another overhaul, those attachments will disappear again. ;)

Sounds like a cool channel. This may be a noob question, but whats the compatibility of this emulator (on wii)?
