There is finally an English version of the great Snes9x emu for the Wii out. It includes support for both the Wiimote and better yet then Wii Classic Controller. I tried it out and it had perfect speed and sound and also save states worked too! Grab it here:

You have to use something like the Zelda: Twilight Hack to get it going. Let me know if you need help and I will help get you up and running. (Don't ask for roms or links to roms, only help getting the program running on your Wii).

The Wii is fast on track to being a homebrew powerhouse like the original XboX was!  :D

My save didn't work, gave me an "error code 3".
Do I have to create a folder on the SD card for saves? Something like X:\snes9x\(folder name)? I don't know what to call the folder if I do.

Other than the saving issue it ran perfect, fantastic homebrew. Got to play TMNT: Turtles in Time with my brothers like I used to back on the SNES when I was a kid. Good times.

To play the ROMs make a folder on the root of your SD called "snes9x" then inside of that one a folder called "roms", both without the inverted commas obviously. It should be X:\snes9x\roms with X being the SD card letter.
Thought I'd include that for anyone who didn't know :).

Yes inside the "snes9x" folder you created a folder called "roms", make another in the "snes9x" folder called "saves" and the saves will work for ya.

Yep. This is great.

Homebrew Channel with the Homebrew Loader essentially puts an SNES channel on your Wii.
