no this is to update the software in the actual slot 2 card

thanks but what bout the software itself. Is there a newer one coming out? Because i keep getting a spyware from the 2.65. Any tips for what i should do, im trying not to use the older ones because i would not be able to play the new games.

the  patcher clients are SPYWARE FREE you must be getting issues from something else!

what software do you use to detect spyware?

it maby a false positive (its seeing its a virus/spyware but its not really)

i have reinstalled it many times and im still dectecting it as a spyware... and i know this is odd but is there a section i can get NDS games to download?

do not ask for commercial roms here look for them yourself......

everybody is surprised with the exelent suport for slot2 cards from supercard team.. i guess the others cards had forgoten their slot 2 users

I might get a Supercard DSONE becuase of the good support they still have with the slot2, they did added cheat, auto dldl patching and game support... after they had the slot 1.
I got a ez V when it came out simply because they have the 3-in-1, and although the EZ Team tries to update, and fix their bugs and issues, they seem to have a hard time with it.  I'm getting another cart, it might be SC or M3, although alot of carts have emerge.

I have 1.70..... Can i go straight to 1.85 with no problems?

I've gone from 1.7 to 1.84 in the past as a test and it upgraded safely, so I assume you can jump to 1.85 directly.  You no longer have to upgrade to 1.80 in-between like you used to.

EDIT:  heh, guess I forgot that I posted something similar yesterday and that you were looking for other opinions.

are you using correct firmware for your card? check you downloaded the SC CF firmware.
