I made the .sav file, but when I push L+R+B+Select (Or A, I've tried every button combination possible, trust me), the menu doesn't pop up. What have I done wrong?

I'm not entirely sure why it isn't working, but I'd suggest looking into the QPC method of saving.  Save in-game (and press L+R to enter the Goomba menu, only needed if the game's save is 32 kb in size), turn off the GBA/DS, boot back up in GBA mode, press Right to get to the Saver tab, navigate to the save file, and hit A twice.

Is there a quick way to boot into GBA mode? some sort of button combination? - Nevermind, found the combination. However, the QPC method doesn't work with my DS. Let me try it in my stepbrothers GBA Micro.

What firmware version are you using? And what do you mean by "it doesn't work"?
