well I'v added custom config options for the global.ini file to change the window positions at start up. the pre-compiled progs and the source (just the files I changed) can be found on my web site, here

p.s. both bins on my site are 512Kb IMFS size... (ie, 145Kb desktop.bmp = no problem)
