I have a 2 gig CF and a CF SC that I got a few days ago from Jandaman.  It won't let me copy more than around 691 megs.  It tells me the file and directory cannot be created.  If I delete a file, I can copy another one in its place.  If I delete two, I can copy two.  I cannot copy any more than I delete, though.  135 total files.

It's formatted as FAT.

Thanks!

make subdirectories on the card, and place roms in those.

The FAT format is limited to 64 files per directory. This isn't a supercard limitation (well, it is because of using FAT...) but the FAT format itself.

Just create multiple directories and make sure no single folder has more then 64 files in it.

Thanks! :)

If I can piggyback off my own thread... what do you do when both versions of the GBA Media converter crash after one video is converted?  (they crash the program on my PC and give my laptop the blue screen of death).

Well I kept on reading and searching on the Internet and finally figured it out.

Uninstalled Nero and now it works perfectly.

So either only use Nero on the other computer or find out how to install Nero with Vision installing... but that can wait until school's over.
