The last game I've played is Animal Crossing WW, and when turned off, I can't turn it on again. After pressing power butten, the green light is on, but the screen is still black, nothing come up.

I then plugged it to power cable, so the charging light is on, then I tried the power again. The green light is on whenever I press it, but nothing show up on the screen. I've tried with Super Card, DS original game, and GBA original game.

Any tips please? It's broken?

P.S It still worked fine yesterday after upgrade the firmware to 1.53.

You had version 4 or earlier of flashme installed on your DS and then you tried to play a WiFi enabled game.

Remove all files from your SD or CF card and put version 5 flashme in the root directory.

Turn on your DS while holding L R start and select at the same time. After a few moments like this, press the A button (you make need to do it a couple times) it will then take you through the steps you need to do to install flashme version v5. (you will need to bridge the SL-1 contact again)

After you do that your DS should be all set to go again and you won't have the problem with animal crossing anymore.

Koji, thank you so much for the tips, however, I did everything as you told the the screen is still blank, I'm not sure if flash v5 is this link:

Holding all 4 buttons and then press A serveral times, then repeat that and nothing worked, the screen is never turn on except the green light. Am I doing anythign wrong?

Never mind, I forgot to put in a passme and instead of pressing R L start select, I press start select A B.

Thanks a lot for your help, everything is finally worked out.

Ahh my fault wrong button combo. Sorry I haven't actually done the procedure myself, I was going off of memory of how others told me they did it. Still glad you got it working again.
