Help with WinS

For some reason I can never get this to work with my supercard CF.  I have tried everyway that seems possible and still cant get it to start up.  Have any of you gotten the proggie to work?
S Phat + Supercard CF + Kingston 1GB
DS Phat + Supercard MiniSD + Patriot 1GB
DS Lite Black + Supercard SD + Kingston 1GB
DS Lite White + Supercard SD + Patriot 1GB
PSP + FW 3.02 EO-B + 1GB Sandisk
PSP + FW 3.02 EO-C + 4GB Sandisk
