Alrite, I'm really close to oredering soon, but after reading a review on the EZ4, I'm leaning torewards that - GBA compatability is great and DS is pretty close...and I can get it shipped with a Superkey for about $5 more than a SC+Superkey combo....

Opinions?

if gba is all you rally want and you want it that bad, then go for the EZ-IV.
However, if you dont really mine gba compabablity is not that bad on the supercard and NDS performance is pretty much perfect. Not to mention is cheaper and easier to use.

However.......

Be warned! The new Superkeys/MML/Passcard3 do not work with EZ4. The old ones do.

Right now only Passme2 devices and UltraPass work. The Ninjapass is suppose to work with it.

Also EZ4 does not support GBA -> DZ linkage for bonus features like in Castlevania.

At the moment, Winsunx has the old Superkeys.

And this is going to be a stupid question, but I can run flashme from the EZ4, right? That, and I've read that DS compatability is about the same, with only a few troublesome games that've been reported to be a pain on the other carts...

EZ4 works fine with FlashMe. It's a little behind SuperCard & M3, but it's catching up fast. I love my SCSD, but EZ4'll be my next flash device.

Looked at the topic list, and looks like this topic got moved here...from here?

Anyways, comes out to just under $79 shipped with a Superkey. That makes for everything including the MiniSD card (1 gig I'm going for) at about $100...not too bad I guess.

Ya I acidently moved this when I was moving something so I moved it back, lol. Sorry bout that.

I just thought it was amusing.

Well, I'm still left trying to figure out why flashcarts and stuff are so freaking expensive.

And hell, I just realized the EZ3 is pretty cheap for a 4 gigabit one - 55 on winsunx?

I've been using EZ3 for quite a while now (waiting for my supercard mini sd in the mail :)  ), the EZ Flash Team support is amazing, everytime they update their software, the EZ3 takes another huge step towards perfect NDS emulation.  Even their EZ3's are pretty good with NDS, their GBA is PERFECT.  But I like the supercard more because they have more support for things like video, or gba-nds link.  The only thing I don't like about the EZ Flash products, is that they don't focus on small things that make their cart better, they focus on the big picture.  Which is also a good thing :)
