I was up to the first gym when my save corrupted, anyone got one out there around the same mark.

hmm, mine say it got corrupted but it still lets me continue. maybe this happend to you.  http://scdev.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4766

also a friendly warning, no matter what you do your save file will get deleted after you beat the elite four. if you dont want to lose your file, beat the elite for on your computer not the supercard or you'll your file, trust me i know and its not the first nor second no third time.
