Shortcut keys

My brain has melted in this heat & I can't remember the shortcut keys with the CF version of SC(eg back to root directory without switching off). Please put me out of my misery.

L+R+A+B+X+Y   for ds games

L+R+Start+Select for gba games

without trying it, what does that shortcut do?
