I just wonder how you guys use cheat. Whenever I tried to convert the ROM with codebreaker, it just said INVALID, NEW SUPERCARDEXE.ERROR and something like VIOLATE AGAINST...Could anybody help me please!

I haven't used the cheat feature, but since nobody has responded to you, I'll try this.  I'm not sure what codebreaker is, but if you double click on a ROM in the Supercard software it will give you a menu to enable different features. The cheat checkbox is off by default, so try enabling that and then putting the output ROM on your CF and try it out.

well, I have tried everything I can, but it doesn't work. It just keeps saying ERORRRRR... :( which really pisses me off.

There are three or four types of cheat device we could use for gameplay as far as I know.
1)Gameshark
2)codebreaker
3)hatchcode
4)cheatcode and etc.

what I have noticed is that the code digits we use for every games are more than ten numbers. However, in supcard, it just has ten. I am just wondering what what cheat device ROMMAN use for his supercards.

The Supercard software is looking for a PURE version of the ROM.  Do not run the ROM through any other programs or the Supercard software is likely to give you errors.  This could be the source of your problem.

There is a built-in cheat function on the Supercard as mentioned before that's accessed by double-clicking the ROM in the Supercard software.  Of course, I don't know exactly how it works, but it doesn't appear to use any external software or anything.
