did you try and short sl1 again when you flashed the second time ? if you did that's maybe why it went wrong. Otherwise I can't understand why the recovery method isn't working ..you got the flashme.nds file on the root of the mem card by itself .. nothing else on the card ?

i did try the short sl1 again y does the matter

Only thing I can think of is that it let the sl1 protected area get written too again. If you get a new one only short the sl1 on the first instalation of flashme.

btw y didnt i get the white strap for my ds

US versions don't come with one.
