im thinking of getting a ps2 and i want to know what some good rpgs,action, shooters, adventures or pretty much any fun game? i have  quite a few on my list but i would like others opinions

I love the Rachet and Clank, Devil May Cry, and Onimusha series.

Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2
Baldur's Gate
God Of War
Burnout
Ys, Arc the Lad, dotHack, etc etc

As you can see, I'm quite the RPG fan

if you like rpg's i honestly havent seen a better rpg than Star Ocean: till the end of time, is a very good rpg. sick ass graphics, sick story, sick characters and OMG its just an amazing game. ive played finanl fantasy and kingdom of hearts but this game just smokes both of these put togethere.

Actually I've played it for a while (star ocean : till the end of time) and i'm ashamed to say that I got stuck at the part where i'm supposed to press some buttons (soft, hard, short tap, long press) based on some pattern on the door.  I was really enjoying it up till then but i'm just not good with controlling the force of button presses with my thumb (or all other fingers i tried)!
