Faq/How to forum misunderstanding

Lots of people seem to be posting questions in the Faq/How to forum. Maybe something needs to be done to stop this...

How much clearer is :
Help and Tips
Ask Questions Here!

But maybe renaming that forum to Guides
and then renaming the Help forum to Help and questions as well as moving it higher up the list will help...

Yeah, I definitely think the Help and Tips sections should be renamed to
ASK QUESTIONS HERE and moved to the top.
Also FAQ's should be renamed to guides, I think people are just looking for FAQ and thinking thats the place to ask questions....

why would FAQ be a place to ask questions? it never is on any forum

I know that.....
guess you'll have to ask them.....
But there's a certain amount of logic:
"frequently asked questions.....must be where the questions are asked..."
