Anyone found any old games don't work with the new version? It's what often happens, new fixes mean some oldies no longer work.
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.

Hasn't happened to me yet. I'm pretty sure Romman and his team tested the software with all roms before releasing so no need to worry about that.

thats a good question, since im getting my supercard mini sd soon and stuff, i know you gotta patch the roms and then place em on the mini sd.

but how is it you update the firmware?, do you just place it on the mini sd and run it once and then delete it?

or does it have to stay on the mini sd card all the time?, its just i would like a nice near list of nds roms not that thing stuck somewhere in the middle of them all lol

it's run once and delete it.

I'm having the same problem, if anyone can help I'd be forever greatful.  My old backed up games (Before I installed 2.542) still work on my SC.  My DS and homebrew games still work on my SC.  ONLY my new GBA backups don't work.  They -do- work if I turn off the "Enable Restart" option, but then I can't seem to save.

When I boot up one of the "bad" patches, It shows the "Gameboy Nintendo" screen but the words "Nintendo" are badly garbled and it never goes past that screen.  I've tried reinstalling my old 2.541 software but still have the same problem.

The old ones already on my SC card that still work are GBA games and DO have enable restart available still.
