Okay so i ordered my sc lite last week and thought i'd forget about it until i heard any news on it, i came on today to find the first cut off has all been shipped out so hopefully i will be getting mine soon maybe tomorrow hopefully.  

Thing is i havn't got any simple step by step guide for using the supercard as im not familiar with their flashcards and i think the first sc cuts dont have cd's with them.

My first question is does the sc lite use the same firmware as the last versions of supercard or should i just wait until there's official sc lite firmware ready?

Second of all do you actually need to run nds roms through the supercard patcher or can you simply put them straight onto the flash memory drive like an mp3 player? My last flash card (ultra media card) went completely bust when i ran a straight .nds extension from it, actually it busted the flash pass  :?  just want to make sure something like that dosn't happen again.

We don't really need another thread, try posting in the other threads.

but to answer you're questions.. no there is no new firmware out so it will come fully up to date for the time being.  and yes do run the roms through the patcher, get the latest patcher from the downloads section of this site, the sc-lite has it's own patcher seperate from the older Supercards so make sure you get the right one and also don't use any that come on the cd with you're SC-lite (it's out of date most likely)

I've just got a Superkey and a SuperCard Lite and it's working pretty well.

Every rom I've tried has worked great using the SCL patcher.

I can post about one line ok but as soon as I post more I get an Internal Server Error.
