Question regarding Supercard Software(s)

hi, i just want to seek advice from you guys regarding this matter:

before, i have 1 supercard software installed in my PC (v2.542) and it patches both NDS and GBA roms just fine.. then there came a time that everytime i patch GBA roms, and when i boot it up on my DS, the patched GBA rom is not properly patched (the nintendo logo under the Gameboy logo is messed up), so i decided to install another supercard software (v2.41) in a separate directory in my PC.. :?

so now, everytime i patch DS roms, i use the new sofware (v2.55).. by the way, i also tried patching GBA roms with this software but i still get the same results.. and when i patch GBA roms, i use v2.41...

now my question(s): is there something wrong with v2.55 that it cannot patch any GBA rom properly? do i really have to patch my GBA rom in the older version of the software? :?

I tried uninstalling both softwares and reinstalling the latest one (v2.55) but still it cannot patch any GBA rom properly.. same goes with (v2.542)..
i was just wondering why this happened since ive been using one supercard software before for patching DS and GBA roms.. :x

What's your supercard firmware version?

do i have to put the firmware in my supercard mini sd? coz i have not installed any firmware in my supercard mini SD since day 1 because everything was ok even if i didn't installed the firmware..

You need to update the firmware to v1.63b to work with the supercard patcher v2.55

but even without the firmware, the 2.55 patcher works fine when patched with roms for my SC miniSD.. i think its the patcher which is having a problem since when its patching GBA roms (even if many), it completes the patching process right after clicking the out button.. :?

it looked like it was not patched properly at all..

What settings are on when you patch?

the default settings.. i dont click anything if i patch roms (NDS and GBA)... :?

i dont have issues in patching DS Roms.. im wondering why the patcher does not patch any GBA rom properly..

You have to reinstall the program as I have heard of this problem before. Just uninstall and do it again and it should correct itself.

Try taking off all settings and patching. Then you can re-enable each setting one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

what makes me wonder more is that, i copied the same settings of v.2.41.. in 2.41, the GBA roms are patched properly, but in 2.55 its not...
