I own a SuperCard SD and a SuperPass 2. Anyway, I'm going to be selling the actual games that I own, and I would like to dump them, so I haven't lost all of the data I had from them. Is there a way, and how do I do it?

Thanks alot.

All you need is to back up the saves you mean? Use REIN or REINmoon. For the actual games and saves, you need an M3...

JimmyDodger

By backing them up, what does that mean? Am I able to play them on my supercard by using with the actual rom?

rocky

Yea with Rein you can get the save files off you DS game and use them on the supercard.

OH! So maybe I don't need to get an M3 just for dumping games. I just found a download for 0.5 BETA version.  Is there perhaps a tutorial for REINmoon?

Thanks.

I just downloaded the latest version of REINmoon and it's in japanese! Are there not any in English?

Did you try looking in any config files in the ReinMoon folder for anything that changes the lanuage?

Could be something like this:
Card > ReinMoon > Global.ini > Change Language=1 to Language=0

Just to ask, will this like destory the game cartridge? That would be no good as I wanna sell it after. On the official site, it says:

"WARNING.

This destroys the disk.
Please use the disk that you may break.
Please use media that can be damaged."

Please help me out of this situation. I don't really wanna lose my saves of the games I properly own, and it would be so much easier to keep the saves and just use it with a ROM of the game on the SuperCard SD.

If it destroys the cartridge, I don't see a point in doing it.

EDIT: And thanks jas20. Your help made it English. :)

In brief from that last post:

It says that it destroys the disk using REINmoon. Basically, does that mean that it destroys everything on the game cartridge? So it won't work anymore?

All I need is that question answered and I'm set. Thanks alot.

It means it "Might" damage info on your SD or CF card, so use at your own risk. It most likely will not do this, but he doesn't wan't to hear yer bitchen if such does occur.

Yeah, I've sorted it out. I made a back up of Super Mario 64 DS, then got the actual ROM ending with ".nds.dsq". Made the names the same and it worked.

Thanks alot for all your help and introducing me to REINmoon. :D
