What Size does a 700mb avi come out as in moonshell format?

Im interested in converting .ram's and avi's into moonshell format so I can watch them on my DS, can someone tell me what the usuall difference is in video size? (mb)

I converted Anchorman (DVD quality 700 MB) and it came out around 250 MB

Well, it saves a lot of space, but you lose a ton of quality, but for playing it on your DS, its just fine.
