I figured out why the saving function in my Zelda ROMs are crapping out on me and to put it short, I have 6 hacks of the first Zelda game and the SRAM gets confused when trying to load or save when it seems like its dealing with the same game over and over.

Putting each of them in individual folders is only a temporarily solution and I need help finding a program that can edit the ROM game titles(I think).

Just rename each rom and rename each .sav to match. That wat I did and my Mario hacks never get confused.

The Zelda ROMs already have several different names. I don't notice anything with my mario hacks either but they don't have saves.

Here’s another example of the problem the hacks give me: pokemon brown being a hack of pokemon red has the same SRAM header so the supercard doesn't work when they're in the same folder. At least I think it’s called the header, whatever it is... I need some way of differentiating the two.

www.zophar.net has a ton of hacks for NES and SNES games.
