I load this game up and it says the save data is corrupt. I then complete the 1st level and do normal save within the supercard. Is this right? Anyone had any experience with this game?

There are a few games that operate like this, notably 1190/1212, Super Mario Advance 4.  When the cart ships from the factory, it has some initial data stored in its SRAM or EEPROM.  The game expects to see this save data upon startup, and if it isn't present or isn't correct, then the game thinks that the save data is corrupt.

If the game saves OK and is playable, then there's no problems.  I know that 1190 works but 1212 doesn't, possibly due to the extra saver space in 1212 for the E-Reader levels.

so what do I do? Real time save to bypass it? as it says on startup saving is disabled.....

It just means that it can't find the initial save data.  You should be able to Normal save just fine.  Play the game, save within the game as you would on a real cart, then press L+R+Select+A to write the saver to the CFM.

RTS save seems to work fine on this game, just dont let it back to the main menu and you should be fine.
