what is the differences between super key and Ultra PassKey , SanDisk 1 GB Ultra II MicroSD Card and SanDisk 1 GB MicroSD Card

Superkey / Ultra Passkey= No difference, they both do the same job

Ultra II MicroSD / Regular microSD= Ultra II is faster and costs a little more.

super key and Ultra PassKey

They both are Nopass devices but according to a review the Ultra is just a tad bigger than a regular DS game making it stick out just a hair. I would pick the SuperKey over the Ultra any day.

SanDisk 1 GB Ultra II MicroSD Card and SanDisk 1 GB MicroSD Card

The SanDisk 1GB microSD has a transfer rate of 12X (1.8MB/sec) which is much slower than the SanDisk 1GB Ultra II microSD which is 60X (9MB/sec). It’s always better to have a faster card if just even for the overhead bandwidth to stop slowdown or lag in games. It’s worth the extra few bucks to get better performance and transfer speeds!

The Ultra PassKey does not stick out enough to be noticable.  It's perhaps a quarter of a millimetre longer than a standard cartridge.  It's $10 less than a Superkey and has shipping included in that price...  I've used mine continuously since I got it about a month ago with no problem of any kind.  If you want to go name-brand, that's fine, but UPK will do the same job cheaper and the guy that sells them is very easy to deal with, probably on par with RHS's service.
