Go download the full version of Moonshell.

Contained in the package is a program called dsbuild.exe. Any .nds you get from homebrew, drag and drop it on that .exe and it will generate a .ds.gba. (Except the .nds that you use for Moonshell for Supercard. That one already has the loader.)

Put that .ds.gba on your flash card and rename it to .nds. Then it will work.
