Memory = SanDisk 1gig SDMINI
Supercard = SC SDMINI
Currently = v1.61
Attempt upgrade = v1.62 and v1.63
ERROR = "DATA VERIFY ERROR.  PLEASE RESTART YOUR GBA"
Failed No Ram Test

ok, let me start by saying, this is not the first time i've been having this issue.  Ever since i got my SC SDMINI i have never been able to upgrade properly.  The exception came when i upgraded to 1.61.  My SC was originally had 1.60 .  When i attempted to upgrade to 1.62 right after 1.61, i received the "DATA VERIFY ERROR."   So during the meantime i had no need to go to 1.62.  Then the release of 1.63 came, and i insisted to actually resolve this issue.  In any case, it was not as easy as i thought it would be.  The error came back and i have found no remedy on fixing this issue.

I have attempted to format the card w/ FAT32 and then using HP USB FORMAT to format it back to fat16.  It still didnt work.  I attempted to create two different partition, the primary being 16mb.  It still didn't work.  I tried to see if i can go from 1.61-> 1.63 and i still received the same issue.  I have no idea what i can do, and all i have is this memory.  I've been using the bin files to attempt to upgrade, and i did sucessfully upgraded to 1.61 when i first received the card.

i had the exact same problem with my SCSDmini, because on an sram error whenever i did hte self test it spat me out the same error when trying to update from day one.

Unexpectantly tho, whne i was cycling through hte self tests after about 5-10 minutes the sram actually seemed to fix itself from being failed to being fixed. After a resets and a couple of more self tests where it still said it was ok i ran the update in ds mode and it worked perfectly.

I think we have faulty scards tho.
