Usually u should wait a day before reposting.  You need something called moonshell to run mp3's.  Go to the FAQ/Guide section and search up how to customize your moonshell.

moonshell is a DS application.  It will not work on your GBA

An app called filmplay will work on gba but it doesn't play straight mp3s.

You have to use a PC app to build gba roms and import the mp3s into it.

It will also play videos and read .txt files.

There is something called GSM Player that I used a long time ago to get music playback on the GBA. Low quality, but it worked quite well actually.

EDIT: Just found the website:

Just convert your music files to WAV (I used EZ-CDDA Extractor), put the wavs in the wav folder and run the go.bat. I just tried it once again and used the VisualBoy Advance emulator...sounds pretty good all things considered!
