There was talk of Supercard Lite having very slightly faster GBA play.  Or at the very least, on par with previous supercards...  Sadly I've received mine to find that it is *considerably* slower.

I've got the latest firmware and patcher.

Those who have got this good gameplay speed, could you suggest what options to use in the patcher, or anything that might improve things?
