Hello,
I had my supercard SD for 2 months.  A few days ago I upgraded my firmware to 1.64.   I used this just fine for a couple of days.    Then last night while booting up a game it stopped and I got the message, this is not a official supercard product.  However looking at the supercard site, and my supercard, everything looks official, it has a clear label, it has the circle, it has the green in the back by the SD.  Now when I put it in the DS Lite it does not even pick it up, it just goes to the main screen and says no GBA game is inserted.  Also I use this in conjuntion with Superkey.   I just dont get it, it worked fine for 2 months then all of a sudden boom its gone.   Any advice?  Is there anyway to manually fix this?   Should I reorder another supercard?  I bought this card from KickTrading in Canada.    I also know that my SD card is fine, because I moved my SD to my friends supercard and it works so I know the problem is with the supercard and not the SD card.
Thanks!

are you sure about your firmware being 1.64 cause i thought we were only up to 1.63?

I swore it was at 1.64,  I went to the supercard uk section and downloaded it.  I then installed it, and like I said it worked fine for a couple of days.  I will have to check the firmware file when I get home to know for sure.  Is it possible somebody hacked the site and put some bogus firmware.... Hmmmm, I have a bad feeling about this. Now I go to the Uk site and I dont see 1.64 anywhere. Bah.....

 Whoops ok I was definently wrong, I just upgraded to 1.63 the other day and had been using that for a couple of days.  Sorry about the mix up.  I saw another person with this problem, but he got no replies as well.  Luckily my order was only 80 some days old, so I belive I can still exchange it for a new one from kick trading because they have a 90 day exchange policy for defective merchandise.  Still Im wondering why this happened, and am hoping that when I get the new supercard that this problem will not return.
