games not working

whenever i try and load a save or try to progress in a game, it always freezes or stays a black/white screen, how do i fix this?

Hmmm not sure what the problem is but just to check: do you have both the .nds.dsq and the .nds.sav file in the same folder? And do all the ds games do this?

the .nds.dsq and nds.sav are in the same folder. and all the DS games i've tried do this.

Does that happen on all of your DS games or just some of the newer releases? If it is just the newer ones did you upgrade your SC to the current 1.63?

i have Trauma Center, daigasso band bros, tetris ds, and mario kart and they all freeze. my card is already upgraded to 1.63
