i just updated my firmware to 1.63 by putting the update to the sd card and playing it like a game (it used to be 1.60) but then i tried to open up the game and it says error this is not the original product please contact your seller

and then when i tried again i couldnt even get into the supercard when i turned on the ds it went to the normal ds screen with download play etc..

what should i do ?? is there a way i can down grade the firmware

What kind of supercard do you have?  Does the supercard boot at all, like in GBA mode?  If not try using a small bit of paper in your SD slot to apply slight pressure on your SD card.  Sometimes it's just a simple problem with the SD card not making proper contact.  If that doesn't work then you can try one of the SC firmware recovery procedures (look in the FAQ/How To forum).  If you can get your supercard to boot then you can re-install the firmware again.

no the nds doesnt recognise the supercard at all i think its a fake supercard that its firmware cannot be updated
