Im pretty sure its restarting your ds/gba using L+R+start+select or turning it off and back on really quickly. Once you've done that, boot supercard up, and press right once to goto saver mode, click on the save file you want to save to and it will take the data from the sram and save it. QPC stands for Quick Power Cycle. Im pretty sure its so that the save game just doesnt erase it self and you have time to save it onto the sd card.
