I kinda like the controls as is, but then a no-stylus control would be nice too.

the touchscreen is overused IMHO. Especially when Nintendo's involved, its like they feel it MUST serve some purpose for every game released. Thanks goodness they didn't go there with Mario Kart. But when its not necessary, don't force it. It's a brilliant enhancement to certain games, but not every game.

I hope Nintendo works a real and effective analog stick into their next handheld.

I know a lot of people dont like the touch screen control but I think it helps to set it apart from the other shooters, for me the game works perfectly fine with the touch screen
If it had conventional controls it would be just a run of the mill shooter me thinks.

On the first run through I had concerns that it was a bit short. But after trying to map all the different plot routes the game is actually quite big, if you want to see everything. Maybe thats why they had a 'bad' ending first to make you look for the real one.

Anyway I think its an ok game and certainly worth buying an orginal of

Honestly, the touch screen offers up EXTRAORDINARY precision in the games that use it well.  Starfox is a FAR MORE ACCURATE shooter thanks to the touch screen.  Frankly, I think it is brilliant.

Imagine MPH without a touch screen "mouselook" control.  It would be another worthless console shooter.

The touch screen simulates the analog control with far more accuracy.

Well, there is no denying that the touch pad is more accurate. Its just for some people, like myself with large and slightly arthritic hands, it can be a pain to play with the stylus for long periods of time (no, I am not an old man, job was too hard on my joints). A d-pad option would have been nice.

I agree with arcc. Touchscreen controls are nice to have but at least keep the option of using the buttos too. ACWW did it and I'm hoping Zelda has that option too.
