Ok this is a problem that has been bugging me for ages and is now super relevant since the need to enable path cartridge for Starfox in the software....Basically when the software runs the window does not display fully but is cropped which doesn't allow a full view of the menu.  This is slighly better when I right click on the application and choose to run in a maximised window but it still remains to see to the bottom of the rom properties.  This is probably something to do with my display settings rather than the SC software itself but this is soo annoying. Look at the attached pics if you want a better idea of what I'm on about.  A fix would be amazing.  Cheers.

Well, the software is not design to run under 640 X 480 resolution. No offence but if your computer can't at least support 800 X 600 resolution then it is time to move on and get a new computer.

Yep, you can't possibly be expecting them to fix this :P
How do you use the Internet in this day and age?!

On your desktop, right click and go to Properties, then go to Settings.
See how big you can get your screen resolution without any flickering.
The bigger it is, the more can be displayed at once and the more... usable... your computer will become.

Guys I'm running 1680x1050 on a top spec laptop (2.13 GHz Pentium M, 2GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce Go 6800)..I had this problem before 2.55C too.  This screen cap might give a better idea of what's going on.  Any other ideas?

I think its because your DPI setting is Large size (120 DPI) or something.  Try changing back to Normal Size (96 DPI). :)

just resize that window... at least on the microsd version you can resize it via the normal means... unless your dpi setting is messing it up, then just go back down to normal dpi and lower your resolution so everything looks bigger again.

Okay, makes sense now.
Phew!

I know a program called Windowse, which can be used to manipulate and observe things in the Windows GUI.
You should be able to use that to modify the size of your window.
A bit of a messy solution though.

Thanks so much it was my DPI setting causing the problem.  Works like a charm now.  Mods feel free to close this thread!  :)
