Who released the Castlevania DOS No-Intro rom?

Can't find it anywhere, I assume asking for links is not allowed, but the name of the ripper or anything that might help me locate it would be greatly appreciated, seeing as I can't find a way to remove the intro myself.

One of the flash carts own patcher "trim" feature removes stuff like that...and I think there is something called vsromeditor

any idea which patcher it is? couldn't find this vsromeditor thing, and neither the supercard patcher nor dslazy can remove intros.

nevermind vsromeditor was an app for the gba that came with my first flash card

also I think it was the EZ patcher or M3 that had an option like that

DSlazy can remove intros. You have to unpack the rom. Delete the big movie file, then repack the rom.

Didn't know that. now a little off topic (sorry) is there a way to remove the intros people put on GBA roms?
