I added an upgrade file .SCU from the CD that came with my supercard, and when I turn on my GBA it asks if I want to upgrade? Should I or not? And can someone tell me the risks of upgrading (if it erases all my games' data)

Its just a firmware update, has no risks.  You should probably get the latest firmware update though.  Get it here http://eng.supercard.cn/download.htm.  Just delete the .SCU file from the supercard and put on the .bin file from the download.  You'll need to run the update manually from the supercard.

and as recommended make sure you have the correct one, last update had some REAL problems on some cards didn't it !
