I cant seem to get more then about 120 files on my 512MB CF card. I can copy more with FAT32, but obviously Supercard cant read that format. I can also fill the 498MB with a few large files. I'm wondering if theres a problem with my CF card or my USB card reader?

FAT16 limitation. Create seperate folders on your SD card. It'll by pass the file limit, and it'll force you to be more organized anyways.

I had the very same problem, but like the previous guy said, just make some more folders.
