Hi, I'm new to this forum, and even though I've gone through the whole "use 'search' for the solution", I wasn't able to find a conclusive answer. Does WiFi work for the supercard? Can games like Animal Crossing, Metroid and the like connect? Or does Nintendo kick you off their server for using a ROM? Oh, and also, do I need to update my NDS firmware or something before I can connect? Because I'm pretty sure my NDS is running on one of the first and oldest firmware, since it can use a Passme.

Back to your question. Your answer is yes wifi works with supercard. Yes the games work. No nintendo does not kick you off their server. I would recommend flashing your nds phat firmware with the current v7 (my phat ds was version 1). If you do flash it, you need to remove any storebought game cartridge out of the ds slot before going on wifi.

Why do you have to remove the card?  I've tried some WiFi games with a DS card in and it still worked fine.
