Equpment to get started

Hi!! I have searched the entire internet (well almost) and i still havent understood exactly how this thing works. So i have some questions that i hope some of you experts can help me with :wink:

1. What i need? (correct me if im wrong)
1. supercard
2. superpass or passme or passme2
3. SD or CF card

2. If i have got it right, i need passme2 if i've got a new DS. But how do i know that its a new one? And isn't it just easier to get a passme2 from the start? i mean, its even cheaper than superpass.

3. Does passme2 work like superpass? Is it like this: First i put in supercard, then passme2 in the supercard, then an original game in passme2?

Im sorry if this has been coverd befor and i've missed it, but i have really looked for a long time. Thanks in advance!!

Yeah one more thing, isn't there a tutorial for this stuff?

1. Those 3 "ingredients" are what you need

2. Check the serial number of your DS to see if it is an old or new one. There is a post somewhere around here. You might wanna search for it.

But isn't it just easier to get passme2 instead of superpass. Because that way it works if you get an old or a new DS.

Oh and I think I already got a reader - digitalcam. That should work, shouldn't it?

I believe that getting a passme 2 would be fine. I'm pretty sure it's backwards compatible with the older DSes... but you should check with someone more knowledgable.

A digital camera will be fine IF you can use it to format your CF/SD card to FAT 16. If you can't format your CF/SD card to FAT16 (commonly known as just FAT) through it it'll be fine.
