My NDS was able to read my supercard the very first time with v1.44, but after upgrading to v1.63.  My NDS no longer sees the supercard.  Is there a solution to this problem.  PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

try plugging the supercard in more or pulling it out just a little bit so all the connectors get connected accordingly.

As sonic said above try and unplug and replug in the SuperCard to match up the pins. This sometimes happens with GBA games also.

Reminds me of NES days, but also try blowing in the system and in the cart, in case there's some dust causing bad contact.  This actually solved a similar problem for me.
