K, just formatted a few days ago and put everything back on.
I started up a few games, and it isn't using the .sav files!
I always have a backup of my .sav files, so it can't be those.

Is there something in the scshell folder that I should change?
Am I totally screwed or what?

It'll be todo with the naming of the NDS games and the SAVs, Either make sure they are both the same OR the sav is called what is put under file Alias, when Viewing the File informaton (press X when highlighting the game).

Also try changing sav to SAV.

I already made sure they have the same name via the info box thing, and they are already SAV files.

So is there some other system file under scshell that is responsible?
Because unfortunately, I zipped the firmware again, so the files aren't the same as before.
