I have limited experience with XBL because I don't own an Xbox 360 but I understand Live Arcade has a few gems.

I think what makes XBL superior is the ability to voice chat with your friends even if they are playing different games.  PSN does not have this ability to communicate across games because voice chat is implemented independently for each game, and many PSN games don't even support voice chat. With PSN you are required to use in-game XMB to send your friend(s) a text message to invite them to chat or play a certain game, and hopefully they will notice the message waiting popup displayed briefly in the upper right corner of the screen. With Xbox 360 voice chat and other features like in-game music are implemented system wide rather than independently for each game.  For this reason XBL provides a better sense of community and seamless communication between games.

Otherwise PSN has most of the same features like game demos, leaderboards, trophies, and movie downloads, all without having to pay a $50 service fee. Plus IMO, PSN has a better selection of downloadable games. Hopefully when Home is released it will bring a better sense of community to PSN? Also, keep in mind that XBL uses pier-to-pier for online gaming (remember the problems with COD4?) whereas PSN uses dedicated servers.

True DevS, and Pac-Man is one of the "good" games sadly. 85% of the XBL arcade lineup is worthless. You have a few gems slide through every now and then like Braid and Castle Crashers, then you have utter crap like Double D Dodgeball and Bliss Island. I dont even bother with most of them, just save my points and stick to playing my retail goodies.

I picked up Force Unleashed at the midnight launch and have been having a really good time with it. I don't even begin to understand as many complaints as the game has been receiving. So far though, it has been worth every penny of the $28 I paid.

On the subject of BC: Rearmed, its a really good time. Its a fantastic challenge and I love the graphics. It was a very worthy purchase.

I still haven't picked up force yet.  I've heard good things.  Waiting a little while as I have been playing NHL09 nonstop lately.

I actually ended up buying the Wii version because my son was really excited about the exclusive Lightsaber Dual feature. My 9 year old son gives the Wii version a thumbs up.

being able to use the force and swing the wiimote is obviously very awesome, but the in the duel mode every character basically has the same moves so its just the same skill set with a different skin.

I played the heck out of FU once I got it for the 360. I was surprised that there were about 40 people there to pick it up at the midnight release. I've really enjoyed the game. The graphics could have used some tightening but I think that is a multi-platform issue. The story has been really awesome but I've hit a snag. I got the infamous "default text" glitch on the second to last level. I can no longer do secondary objectives, collect force points, or get credit for the holycons. Lucasarts hasn't been very forthcoming about it and I"m not sure if its ever going to get patched. Its depressing because all my efforts were for naught and I haven't had the motivation since to even finish those last 2 levels. Hopefully I can get it fixed so I can finish the game and continue working on getting those achievements.
