Is there anyone who has made/can make a '.gba' file for 'Super Mario War' I would love to be able to play this fun piece of homebrew on my GBA Micro. I have herd of an old DS version but I was just wondering if there was a GBA version out there.

There's no way to just "convert" between a GBA file and a DS file.  It isn't terribly difficult to port a GBA game to the DS (for the developer that is) but going the other way around would be rather difficult.  Don't get confused with DS files that end in *.ds.gba.  Those are actually DS files but are renamed so that they can be flashed to old GBA flash carts; they will not run on a GBA.

I didn't think there was a way to just  'convert' Super Mario War, I was just curious if there was a GBA version that's all. As I said I had herd of a DS version and thought that there may have been a GBA version floating around...
