Ah so does anyone remember club.live.com?  Microsofts rewards game-for-points program?  Well a year ago I used bots to get rediculous amounts of points and ordered so much stuff.  In the first two months I got a mug, flash drive, and a headset.  I figured that's all I was gonna get.  Now an entire year later a 360 Controller and TWO Windows Vista Ultimates Full versions.

I'm using the controller, but don't you guys love unexpected cash?  I just $320 from the Vistas  :D
I still want to save some money, so I'm looking at these choices....
1.MP3 player, I love the Nationite s:flo and Samsung P2 ~ $120 for 8GB models (Perhaps someone can recommend a cheap, touch, MP4 player.  I know Onda has their X525 coming out, but that looked really unresponsive. That way I can get the some other stuff too)

2.A nice 2ms response monitor for Halo~ $200 17" I don't really care about the extra 4" that MLG uses...

3.Year XBL Gold Card, 1600 Pts ~ $80

4.G1 Phone? what's the price of that amazingness?

I read yesterday that it is about 179.00. Also the reviews are not so great.

Dang, but it is open source, so emulators can be made right?  I haven't read up on it much because I despise phones.  Although, I'd just use the phone to replace buying an MP4.  Of course, the $180 is probably with a 2k a year plan or something  ;D

Don't really want a Pandora though.  If I had a machine that powerful I would definatelly want new commercial games be made for it.  I've played all the retro I've wanted  ::)

Yeah I totally see your point.  I was just really considering buying one of those netbooks for quick browsing... And there's video of ubuntu running firefox on the Pandora dev board... Just trying to spread the word, I want it to sell out fast so demand stays high and apps games and emulators get developed for it.

If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.

Ended up buying a PMP, 2 360 headsets, 2 recharge and play packs, and VGA cables for the 360 because my brother will let me play on his monitor during weekdays.

Umm...I don't get what I'm supposed to do about sound when it gets here because the plugs are male as if you are gonna plug them into a TV set or something.

If you get something like this: http://tinyurl.com/5pm2bc (you can probably find this at most electronics stores)

You can hook the audio cables to it, and then plug it into your computers line-in or mic jack and use your computer's speakers... Or just plug it directly to a set of speakers.

Thanks a lot, I thought that was what I needed but then went against judgement and told myself they didn't exist.  I suppose I shouldn't have expected walmart to have it anyways lol
