Installed the DS One in my daughters DS on Christmas.  It turns on and shows the ROMS I have loaed but I do not see the Menu Options.  When I switch to the touchscreen for the ROM list I can touch along the top with the stylus and then I get drop down options, but still no menus listed.

Any help?

Thanks in advance.

 By menu options do you mean the rom patching options? If so in order to access that menu highlight the rom you wish to set patches for and press L + X and the patch settings should show up sorry if this wasnt what you were looking for if so just say so and ill try to see what you mean.

Ahh I see well that may be the language.ini file which is found in the scshell folder. Open that up in a text editor and look for the section that says..

menusaverstr=
menuotherstr=
menuoptionstr=
menuhelpstr=

That is where you type in what each menu choice says on the list but if it is empty like the example above it will show no text in which case just type in your own text like this

menusaverstr=Saver Size
menuotherstr=Other
menuoptionstr=Options
menuhelpstr=Help

That should do it hope this helps :)

It turns out the the whole ZIP wasn't extracted, so only partial files were loaded to my microsd.

All is well now.

Thanks
