Yeah, I started having problems running some games using USB Loader 1.5 and CIOS36 rev10, specifically Ghostbusters and Indiana Jones.  I tried installing CIOS38 rev13b but still could not get them to run with USB Loader 1.5, would just hang with a green screen.  The solution was to revert to CIOS38 rev13 (not rev13b) and use the latest USB Loader GX rev550 build.  With USB Loader GX I enabled "002 Fix" and Video Mode "Auto-Patch" for Ghostbusters and Indiana Jones and they both work fine now.

I just found out tonight that it is possible to use cIOS rev12 and run Ghostbusters and Indy as well. This is a MAJOR plus since I have been using rev13a all of this time to run the games and I was getting pretty tired of cycling power each and every time I played a game (you must cycle power between each game play with rev13+). So, here's how you do it:

Install cIOS rev12 (you can install over 13 to get back to 12)

Use Configurable USB Loader (I have been using this exclusively. Better than anything else imho. It is based off of the original Waninkoko app) and set the option "Anti-002 Fix" to on for Ghostbusters, Indy, or other games that need it in the config option for the particular game and save.

Done! Now there is nothing that 12 can't do that 13 currently does, PLUS you do not have to reboot after loading a game!
