my zune broke a yesterday and I'm really upset. :Cry: are there guides on how to fix them? :Sad:

as for what happened it kept freezing and I would plug it into the computer for a minute and then eject it. after it did this about five times I tried to just reset it, and the screen locked up and then no matter what I tried it refused to work. I couldn't even turn it off so I had to let it's battery die.

has anyone else encountered this problem and is there and easy way to fix it? or do I need to take it apart and fix it manually?
and no one suggest I get an apple product. I hate apple with the burning passion of a thousand suns and infernos.

First thought was to tell you to buy an ipod, but then i thought that was a little rude. I saw that you did not want this suggestion.

Are you getting an error code?

maby look for a zune support forum? or google the issue ... sounds like a bit of a getout clause but this is a DS/GBA/flashcard/gaming forum and a lot of us here have Ipods

we can only guess without further information like make and model etc and googling ourselves

and I owned ipods at one point. the first one I had broke after 5 minutes of use. the second one I traded for a limited edition blue DS. I play with it all the time.

I got a zune and it has so far been the best mp3 player I have ever had.
