Is there a program to do this? I use a M3 simply card and would like to transfer save files from no$gba to it without pulling the card out. The latch for the micro sd card is a pain, and would rather not take it in and out.

You can use DSFTP to do this, as well as a couple other FTP programs including Lilou Combox or DSLinux if you're feeling adventurous.  Be warned though, the wifi speed with DS homebrew is pretty bad, usually between 15 and 30 KB per second.
